25 years ago, my work-life balance was nonexistent.

Long hours at the office meant missing out on special family moments.

Fulling Management & Accounting was launched with the idea that we could provide amazing service to our clients while still having intentional time to spend with family and friends.

So, how’s it going?

Well, some might say it’s BECAUSE of this commitment to a healthy work/personal life balance that we are able to serve our clients well.

Finding balance hasn't always been smooth sailing. It's meant:
❌ Taking a pay cut in some of those early seasons
❌ Saying "not now" to enticing opportunities
❌ Taking the sometimes unpopular stance rather than trying to live up to others expectations

While distractions constantly vie for our attention, today, this healthy balance affords me priceless "Papa dates" with some of my favorite people.
