How I’m Using the SUPER Method to Create More Meaningful Customer Connections
A few weeks back I read the book “Creating Superfans” by Brittany Hodak. She described having a relentless obsession with the customer experience. I love that description.
She went on to introduce the acronym SUPER.
S – Start with your story – What is it in your story that you can use to connect with our clients?
U – Understand your customer’s story – What is it that each client needs during a given month? Empathy? To be celebrated? Clarity? etc.
P - Personalize – Do you know what is important to them? Family time, Business success, etc.
E – Exceed expectations – What can we do to elevate interactions into experiences? In and outside of MMM’s.
R – Repeat – From onboarding to ongoing services, how can we make every interaction a “Wow”?
It may feel like a tall order, but every day we can make someone else’s day through the way we serve them.
