Lessons from the walking trail
Stories from leaders and friends along the way
everyone has a story.
Make yours count.
“Through their stories, some of my favorite mentors and influencers have shared their ups and downs along their own journeys.
It is because of those leaders that I get to share some of my own stories and come along younger leaders along the path.”
-Rusty Fulling
Meet Rusty Fulling
HUSBAND. DAD. PAPA. LEADER.
Rusty recently celebrated over 33 years of marriage with his bride, Pam, and loves hanging out with their two daughters, son-in-law, and active granddaughters. Not long after they were married, Rusty and Pam bought an old farm house built in 1860 where they still live today.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Rusty could be found cleaning houses with his mom or working with his dad in his electrical contracting business. While cleaning toliets and digging ditches were honest work, he was introduced to accounting and business in high school. He was actually ranked in the Top 10 Accounting high school students VOE program in the state of Texas. (Unfortunately that impressive accolade did not help him win any dates in his high school days).
After graduating from Southern Nazarene University, he served as an Accounting and IT Director at a Kansas City based property management company and later as a consultant with a local CPA firm.
In April 2000, with a little affirmation from his business colleagues, Rusty launched Fulling Management & Accounting, Inc. where he still serves as visionary and CEO. Since it’s inception, Fulling has been focused on helping business leaders get clarity, grow profits, and gain peace of mind.
